What is the difference between UKG and UltiPro? ›

So, are UKG and UltiPro the same thing? The answer is yes and no. UKG is the parent company that offers a wide range of workforce management and HCM solutions, while UltiPro is one of the flagship products within the UKG suite of offerings.
